THIS PERMIT IS NOT VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
* When Sandoval County has a burn ban in place
* When winds exceed 7 MPH
* When a water source and shovel are not readily accessible.
* When the Forest Fire Danger Index is high, very high, or extreme and where woodland or grass land is within one hundred feet of the proposed burn.
* Burning of any material other than brush or slash.
* On property other than residential property or property that is not leased or owned by person completing this form.
