The New Mexico Department of Health will be testing for COVID-19 at the Eichwald Community Center at St. Francis of Assisi Park on Saturday, May 23rd from 9am – 11am, or until supplies last. No cost COVID-19 testing will be provided to the following individuals:
- Persons experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, chills, or shortness of breath.
- Essential workers with or without symptoms including healthcare workers, first responders, public works, and grocery store employees showing no symptoms.
- People with or without symptoms who are contacts or household members of New Mexico residents who have already tested positive for the coronavirus.
- Employees and residents of congregate settings with or without symptoms.
- Anyone who may have traveled to any area with community spread in last 14 days.
If you believe you qualify for testing, call the Sandoval County Public Health Office at (505) 867-2291 ext. 1707 to set up an appointment, by Thursday, May 21st, 4:00 pm.
Testing will be conducted via a drive-up event at Eichwald Community Center at St. Francis of Assisi Park, 37 NM-126, Cuba, NM 87013. Appointments are encouraged. Walk-ups will be taken.
