Years Of Experience
The Cuba Volunteer Fire Department proudly serves the Village of Cuba and northern Sandoval County. Our volunteers respond to structure fires, medical calls, vehicle accidents, and wildland incidents across nearly 2,000 square miles of rural terrain. Fire suppression is a core mission. We protect homes, businesses, and community assets while promoting fire safety and prevention. We also provide emergency medical services and rescue. From accidents to medical crises, our responders deliver fast, skilled, and compassionate care when every second counts. Wildland firefighting is another vital role. Our crews stand ready to defend forests, rangelands, and rural communities during New Mexico’s demanding fire seasons. At Cuba Volunteer Fire Department, we are neighbors helping neighbors. Through courage, commitment, and community, we safeguard the people and land we call home.
